We have recently been to James Bateman Junior School for am art afternoon and then we returned for a science afternoon.
During the art afternoon, we designed our own pattern which we then transferred onto foil tiles using marker pens. We had a great afternoon using our creative skills.
For the science afternoon, we watched a demonstration on how the water changed colour and then we had a go - it was like magic! Then we had a go at an experiment that went POP and then we wrote letters using lemon juice and used a candle to read the hidden message. We had a fabulous afternoon.
Year 4 learners recently attended Biddulph Leisure Centre along with other Biddulph first school for a cross sticks afternoon.
We were led by students from Woodhouse and we took part in different physical activities together. We really enjoyed our afternoon.
